Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains the processing of personal data in connection with the NSecsoft website. It identifies the information involved, the purposes of processing, the choices available to you and the means of contacting us. Please read it before submitting personal data.
1. Responsible entity and scope
NSecsoft Limited (“NSecsoft”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Our privacy contact is support@nsecsoft.com. You may also use our Contact Us page.
This Policy covers website browsing, product enquiries, requests for demonstrations or resources, and related correspondence. It does not replace a product licence, a service agreement or a separate data processing notice. Where an organisation deploys our products and determines how its employee, endpoint or business data is processed, that processing is governed by the organisation’s notices, applicable law and the relevant agreement; visiting this website does not authorise collection of such data.
2. Information provided by you
Depending on the form and your request, we process your name, business email address, company, country or region, and any telephone number, job title, company size, product interests or message you choose to provide. Resource requests may identify the requested material. We also record the submission language, source page path, submission time and the privacy confirmation or other choices associated with the request.
Required and optional fields are identified on the relevant form. Required information is used to receive and respond to your request; without it, we may be unable to complete that request. Optional information is supplied at your discretion. A privacy confirmation for an enquiry is not a subscription to marketing communications. Please do not submit passwords, identification documents, payment details, confidential customer records or another person’s data unless necessary and lawfully authorised.
3. Purposes and lawful grounds
We use enquiry data to assess your request, provide requested materials, arrange a demonstration, respond to sales or technical questions and maintain the related business correspondence. We use limited technical information to deliver the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and protect the website and its users. Preference information is used to apply your recorded choices.
We rely on the lawful grounds available for the particular processing under applicable law. These may include consent, steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and, where recognised by law and subject to the required assessment, legitimate interests in security and business communications. Optional analytics requiring consent are not enabled merely because you browse the website. A new, incompatible purpose requires the notice and lawful basis required by law; this Policy does not provide unlimited authorisation.
4. Connection information and country or region suggestions
Serving a web request necessarily involves processing a connection IP address. Hosting, network and security services may generate operational records such as request time, requested address, browser information and error or security events. Anti-abuse controls may use a derived value of the source IP for rate limiting.
A form may suggest a country or region by checking the connection IP against a locally held GeoLite2 database. This lookup does not request precise device location or send the visitor’s IP to a third party for that lookup. The suggestion may be inaccurate and may be changed or cleared; it is not a determination of nationality, residence or identity. Failure to identify a location does not prevent a submission.
An original source IP is retained with a form submission only if IP recording is enabled for that form at submission time and the page has displayed the corresponding notice. Otherwise, the form may be accepted without retaining the original IP in its submission record. This rule does not mean that no IP-related processing or infrastructure logging occurs. Repeating an identical submission does not amend the IP information saved with the original submission record.
5. Cookies, browser storage and optional analytics
The website uses browser storage, including local storage, to remember privacy choices and an explicitly selected language. The language choice has a 30-day validity period from the explicit selection. Privacy choices and language choices are separate settings. Browser controls may be used to inspect or remove locally stored information; doing so may cause a preference prompt to reappear.
Where an optional analytics service is configured, its script is loaded only after analytics have been permitted through the privacy settings. You may reject optional analytics or reopen “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer to change your decision. Withdrawing analytics permission reloads the page so that the new page follows the updated choice. Closing a prompt or continuing to browse is not, by itself, consent. A category shown in the settings does not establish that a particular advertising service has been deployed.
6. Recipients and external services
Enquiry and resource-request information is available to personnel authorised to handle it and may be included in notifications sent to the recipients configured for the relevant form. Service providers supporting hosting, network delivery, security or business communications may process information as necessary for those functions, subject to the requirements applicable to the arrangement. We do not sell personal data.
Disclosure may also be required by applicable law, a valid regulatory or judicial request, or the lawful protection of rights and security. We limit disclosure to what is appropriate for the relevant purpose. Links to external contact, media or other services take you to services governed by their own notices. Please review those notices before supplying information to them.
7. International processing
The places in which information is processed depend on the website infrastructure, the service used and the handling of your enquiry. This Policy does not promise that all processing takes place in one jurisdiction. Where a transfer is subject to restrictions, the applicable notice, assessment, consent or other legal safeguard must be satisfied. You may contact us to ask about the arrangements relevant to your request; a language or country selection alone does not authorise a transfer.
8. Retention
We retain personal data for no longer than necessary for the stated purpose, taking into account the handling of an enquiry, the duration of the resulting business relationship, security needs, legal record-keeping requirements and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Different categories may therefore have different retention periods. You may request information about the period or criteria applicable to your data.
When retention is no longer justified, information should be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the applicable requirements. Deleting browser storage does not delete a form submission, a notification email or a server record. These records must be considered separately when we assess a deletion request; this website does not promise automatic deletion of every copy after a fixed number of days.
9. Security
We apply access restrictions and measures appropriate to the risks of processing. No network transmission, storage system or security measure can eliminate every risk. If an incident affects personal data, we will take the remedial steps and provide the notifications required by applicable law. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive or confidential information in open enquiry fields.
10. Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, or portability where available. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
Send requests to support@nsecsoft.com, identifying the matter and the information reasonably needed to locate the relevant record. We may proportionately verify identity or authority to protect other persons’ data. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation or refusal. These rights are not waived by accepting website terms or submitting a form.
11. Minors
The website is directed primarily to organisations and professional users and is not intended to solicit personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data without the authority required by applicable law, please contact us so that we can assess and address the matter.
12. Updates and contact
We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in website functions, processing activities or legal requirements. The current text and its update date will be available on this page. Where a material change requires additional notice or renewed consent, we will follow the applicable requirement rather than treat publication alone as consent.
For privacy enquiries or requests, contact NSecsoft Limited at support@nsecsoft.com or through Contact Us. Website use is also subject to our Terms and Conditions.
