After the endpoint agent is installed for the first time, it runs in **background silent** mode by default (no pop-ups, no interruptions, no tray icons) to ensure that users' daily use is not affected.

When enabling capabilities that require interaction or status prompts with the user, the endpoint agent will automatically display a tray icon for:

- Display running status and policy effectiveness
- Receive and process interaction requests such as approval/certification
- Provide necessary functional entrances (such as work orders, software stores, etc.)

When any of the following functions is turned on, the tray icon will be displayed:

1. **Encryption**
2. **Approval related functions** (such as: encryption approval, file outgoing approval, printing approval, USB flash drive use approval)
3. **Identity Authentication**
4. **Work Order Management**
5. **Encrypted USB**
6. **Screenshot Control**
7. **Software Store**

An example of the interface is shown below. If you need to enable the corresponding functions, please refer to the detailed configuration documentation of each functional module.
