During the server-side installation process, you may encounter a failure to install .NET Framework 4.8. Common prompts and solutions are as follows.

#### **Situation 1: .NET Framework 4.8 installation failed (prompt to consult technical support)**

Phenomenon: During the installation process, it prompts ".Net Framework 4.8 installation failed. Please consult technical support personnel for details" (as shown in the figure below).

Solution:

-   Enter the following path on the server: `Ping32 installation disk:\Program Files (x86)\Ping32\Common`
-   Find the installation package `ndp48-x86-x64-allos-enu.exe`
-   Double-click to run the installation package and manually install .NET Framework 4.8

#### **Scenario 2: The operating system does not support .NET Framework 4.8**

Phenomenon: Prompt "This operating system does not support .Net Framework 4.8" (as shown in the figure below).

Solution:

-   This prompt indicates that the current operating system version does not support .NET Framework 4.8.
